We will stop along the way for review, questions and learning other ways to make the most of both Yoga techniques and making the most of hiking safely and within your comfort level. This Yoga Hike is a fun way to enjoy the scenic Hidden Villa Trails and learn more about loving and caring for your body. Wear comfortable stretchable or loose fitting clothing and comfortable walking/hiking shoes.

She is a knowledgeable Hidden Villa trail guide. In fact, she lived as a staff member on the farm for 5 years.

If so, you’re not alone. Most of us will experience one or more incidents of back pain. Many back injuries are preventable and the pain can be alleviated using simple yoga techniques. Twist, Juice it Up!

This workshop is appropriate for anyone who would like to build back strength, increase flexibility, improve posture, or reduce chronic pain. In it, you will explore gentle movement and breath work.

This workshop is designed to assist those who have had issues with acute or moderate back pain, as well as those who would like to learn how to use yoga to maintain a  health back. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.

Sunday November 13th, 10:30 to Noon, held at the beautiful Dana Center at Hidden Villa Organic Farm and Wilderness Preserve in Los Altos Hills.  $30

Appropriate for anyone who would like to build back strength, increase flexibility, improve posture, or reduce chronic pain. In it, you will explore gentle movement and breath work.

This class is designed to assist those who have had issues with acute or moderate back pain, as well as those who would like to learn how to use yoga to maintain a healthy back. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing. We will be doing stretches sitting in the chairs and standing. No yoga mat needed.

Taught by Patricia Becker, a Professional Yoga Instructor who provides one-on-one sessions. She is Yoga Alliance RYT® certified, with 10 years of Hatha Anusara Yoga training and experience, including therapeutics. Patricia has a Yoga TV Show which can also be seen on “Your for Health and Joy” YouTube Channel. She is a part-time Yoga Instructor for Stanford University’s Health Improvement Program.
