Yoga for Healthy Backs

Do you have sporadic back pain or soreness? 

If so, you’re not alone. Most of us will experience one or more incidents of back pain. Many back injuries are preventable and the pain can be alleviated using simple yoga techniques. Twist, Juice it Up!

This workshop is appropriate for anyone who would like to build back strength, increase flexibility, improve posture, or reduce chronic pain. In it, you will explore gentle movement and breath work.

This workshop is designed to assist those who have had issues with acute or moderate back pain, as well as those who would like to learn how to use yoga to maintain a  health back. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.

Sunday November 13th, 10:30 to Noon, held at the beautiful Dana Center at Hidden Villa Organic Farm and Wilderness Preserve in Los Altos Hills.  $30

Instructor Patricia Becker,  has a background in Yoga Therapy based on Anusara Principles of Alignment, Yoga Alliance RYT® certified, with many years of experience coaching one-on-one and in teaching groups.
