We are going to have a good time moving our bodies and massaging the best Liver/Gall Bladder acupoints to keep us healthy this spring.
Self Massage demonstrates how we can release any stuck energy in our bodies, by using percussive techniques, direct acupoint stimulation, stretching and breathing, to achieve increased energy, a reduction of stress, a reduction or elimination of pain, help with such things as headaches and digestive difficulties. In this class we will focus on the seasonal transition to Spring and things we can do to support our overall health and well-being this time of year.
