Join us for a free Chair Yoga class designed for adults 50+, seniors, and anyone looking to move with greater ease.

No yoga mat needed. All poses are sitting and standing!

This accessible and beginner-friendly yoga class will help you:
✔️ Increase flexibility and joint mobility
✔️ Strengthen core and back muscles for better posture
✔️ Improve balance and stability to reduce fall risk
✔️ Reduce stiffness and boost circulation
✔️ Relax your mind with guided breathing and meditation

You’ll enjoy seated and standing stretches, strengthening and balance poses using a chair for support. All movement is gentle and adapted for your comfort level.

👟 What to Bring/Wear:

  • Flat, comfortable shoes – You will have the option to be barefoot!
  • Loose or stretchy clothing
  • A willingness to move and a smile!
