Designed specifically for active adults 50+ (and those who want to age vibrantly), this LIVE Online Yoga Series is all about helping you reboot your energy, improve joint mobility, and move with greater ease and confidence. Classes happen twice a month—on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays, 7:10–8:00 AM PT—and you get on-demand access to a 3-month class library, so you can practice anytime that works for your schedule.

Led by longtime yoga teacher and wellness guide Patricia Becker, each class is a blend of gentle stretching, strength-building poses, breathwork, and body awareness. The sessions are fun, informative, and empowering. The best part? You don’t need to be super flexible or have years of experience—just a willingness to show up and try.

What You’ll Need

To enhance your experience, we recommend:

  • A yoga mat
  • A blanket

  • A pair of light hand weights
