This beginner-friendly yoga class will help you:
✔️ Increase flexibility and joint mobility
✔️ Strengthen core and back muscles for better posture
✔️ Improve balance and stability to reduce fall risk
✔️ Reduce stiffness and boost circulation
✔️ Relax your mind with guided breathing and meditation

You’ll enjoy seated and standing stretches, strengthening and balance poses using a chair for support. All movement is gentle and adapted for your comfort level.

Please wear flat comfortable shoes and loose comfortable clothing.
