In Short: At 71, I feel fabulous, active, and am aging with grace, thanks to the holistic wellness path I started 40 years ago.
After a stressful divorce and persistent facial acne, I searched for natural ways to restore my health. My mother gave me a book on macrobiotics. A friend also introduced me to a meal of miso soup, rice, and vegetables.
That same year, I had a macrobiotic consultation with Michael Rossoff. I also stumbled into my first yoga class, which I immediately fell in love with.
These life-changing events put me on the path of holistic wellness that I still enjoy as a active senior.

Next Step: Yoga After experiencing such profound change through macrobiotics, I soon discovered the power of yoga. It helped me open my body, mind, and breath in ways I never imagined.
Expertise: For over 35 years, I’ve studied with world-renowned nutritionists and yoga instructors. I’ve traveled to macrobiotic centers across the world. I sought out advanced trainings with the best teachers to offer the best to myself, my clients, and my students
Mission: Yoga and macrobiotics have become the foundation of my life. I’ve had the privilege of guiding hundreds of students and clients—particularly those in their 50s, 60s, and beyond—on their journey to vibrant aging. My past struggles led me to this life of holistic wellness, for which I am forever grateful.
