This accessible and beginner-friendly yoga class will help you:

✔️ Improve balance and stability to reduce fall risk
✔️ Reduce stiffness and boost circulation
✔️ Relax your mind with guided breathing and meditation
You’ll enjoy seated and standing stretches, strengthening and balance poses using a chair for support. All movement is gentle and adapted for your comfort level.
👟 What to Bring/Wear:
- Flat, comfortable shoes – You will have the option to be barefoot!
- Loose or stretchy clothing
- A willingness to move and a smile!
