Got Gazpacho?

Nutritious and Delicious Summertime Soup

The Vitamin A, E and C help prevent colds. The antioxidant proprieties reduce the aging process. Use organic Farmers Market produce for the best flavor and maximum health benefits.

Easy Gazpacho Recipe2 large tomatos, quartered
1/2 cucumber, peeled and cut into 3 inch pieces
1/2 sweet red pepper or green1/ hot pepper, seeded
1 1/2 C tomato or vegetable juice
2 T red wine vinegar
2 T olive oil
dash Tabasco sauce
1/4 t sea salt
black pepper to taste

Blend all ingredients in blender or Cuisinart. to desired consistency.

Garnish soup bowl avocado pieces.
