Our retreat offers tailored yoga poses and breathing techniques that promote vitality, strength, flexibility, and a sense of inner calm.

Hosted at the serene and inspiring Ratna Ling Retreat Center, you’ll experience a joyful and open atmosphere where nature and mindful movement come together. This is a space for deep self-exploration, reflection, and lasting connections with like-minded individuals.

This retreat is for anyone who:

  • Is new to yoga or seeking to deepen their practice
  • Feels stiff and wants to regain flexibility
  • Wants to slow down and prioritize self-care
  • Desires greater agility and mobility
  • Aims to strengthen and care for their back
  • Enjoys the company of a warm, supportive community

Celebrate the gifts of aging—maturity, wisdom, and grace—while nurturing your body and mind through yoga. This is more than a retreat; it’s an invitation to grow, heal, and create memories that will last a lifetime.

I've been taking classes with Patricia for 10+ years. She is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, but also warm, caring and understanding. She is able to assit people at all levels because she can quickly provide modifications depending on the individual.

I loved the invigorating 2022 Aging With Grace Retreat at beautiful Ratna Ling -- which I attended with a few fellow Yoginis. I am planning to return for more of Patricia's gentle but powerful yoga poses, uplifting commentary, and lovely yoga community.

Patricia’s classes are fun, challenging, and help me to focus on the positives of my life when work starts to wear me down. Patricia brings a warm and calm energy and keeps the class smiling even in the more challenging poses with her lighthearted sense of humor.
