5 Easy Ways to Boost Your Vitality

quest speacker patricia becker womens club of palo altoThis past Wednesday, I had the delightful opportunity to be the guest speaker at the Women’s Club of Palo Alto’s monthly luncheon, attended by 120 members and guests.

The invitation came in September 2022, providing ample time to meticulously plan my presentation.

In the days leading up to the event, I felt palpably excited, as though I had consumed two cups of strong coffee.

I realize that most of you couldn’t be there, so I thought I’d offer a little sneak peek below.

What you won’t see are the neck stretches and breathing exercises I taught, nor will you hear the frequent bursts of laughter that filled the room.

I encouraged the attendees and I invite you to share a favorite comedy and or comedian and discuss what brings them gratitude with a table neighbor.
