Your self-care with us will help ease body aches, back pain, stiff joints, improve balance and build strength. 

Our practice includes stretching and strengthening poses, and breathing exercises to enhance your overall well-being and make you feel better.

November 16 – Enhancing Joint Mobility & Circulation

A yoga mat,  blanket,  yoga blocks, massage tool, and hand weights are helpful (not essential) for our series.
